NAPL is spearheaded by two technocrats with decades of experience, Mr. S. Murugesan and Mr. V. Balamurugan. They bring considerable industry experience both as Corporate Leaders and also as entrepreneurs. While Mr. Murugesan looks after the day to day operations including Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Finance and People Management, Mr. Balamurugan heads the R&D, Technical Affairs, Production and Quality related matters.
The founders are supported by an eminent team of professional leaders. Collectively, the leadership team brings in more than 25 years of leadership experience.
